World Vision UK is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Manager – Mid-Value to grow high-value giving and manage a portfolio of major donors, opening new networks and securing £25,000+ gifts and multi-year commitments.
You will lead the development of a strong donor pipeline, maintain regular meetings with prospects, Trustees and senior leaders, and drive transformational support across the team. This is a home-based role with monthly travel to Milton Keynes and UK donor visits.
