You Will Also Be Responsible For:
- Leading the end to end construction process for multiple new Pop-up store openings and refurbishments from initial planning to final handover.
- Managing and coaching Assistant Project Managers to support their professional development and ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborating closely with the Head of VM, Legal, Business Support, Architects, and Designers to align on project objectives and deliver results.
- Managing external vendors, main contractors, and consultants, sourcing partners who share the company's commitment to excellence.
- Developing and managing project budgets, ensuring financial targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Creating detailed project timelines, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing risks to keep projects on track.
- Overseeing on site works to ensure compliance with safety regulations and the company's design standards.
- Conducting rigorous quality assurance and ensuring snagging and close out are completed to specification.
- Preparing regular progress reports, documenting milestones, challenges, and financial updates.
- Ensuring all statutory and regulatory certifications are in place prior to opening.
- Travelling regularly to project sites across the portfolio.
What You Will Bring:
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in project management, ideally within luxury retail or high end commercial environments.
- A proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast paced, evolving environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and luxury retail design standards.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of budget management and risk management principles.
- Membership of a relevant professional body (RICS, MAPM, MCIOB) is advantageous but not essential.
