p strong Job Description: Ticketing Group Sales Manager (FTC - 6 month contract - FT until November, 2-3 days per week until December 18) /strong /p p strong Company: /strong SX Global /p p strong Properties: /strong World Supercross Championship Ultimate Sevens /p p strong Location: /strong Hybrid / London /p p strong Start Date: /strong IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED /p p br /p p strong Role Purpose /strong /p p strong The Ticketing Group Sales Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of ticketing operations and group sales /strong across both the World Supercross Championship and Ultimate Sevens. /p p This role combines strong commercial sales accountability /strong with strong ticketing system management, reporting, and event delivery /strong , ensuring a coordinated approach to revenue generation, operational execution, and customer experience across all markets. /p p The role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Event Operations, host cities, and external ticketing partners to maximise ticketing performance and deliver successful live events. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p p strong 1. Group Sales (B2B B2C) /strong /p ul li Lead and deliver strong group ticket sales strategy and execution /strong across both World Supercross and Ultimate Sevens /li li Drive revenue through strong proactive outbound sales and inbound enquiry management /strong /li li Identify and convert opportunities across key segments: /li li Corporate clients /li li Schools and universities /li li Sports clubs and grassroots organisations /li li Travel and tour operators /li li Community and fan groups /li li Manage the full sales pipeline from strong lead generation through to confirmation and fulfilment /strong /li li Sell a range of products including strong general admission, hospitality, and packaged experiences /strong /li li Build and maintain relationships with group organisers to support repeat business and long-term engagement /li li Track pipeline performance and provide regular updates on sales progress and forecasts /li li Contribute a defined proportion of overall ticketing revenue through group sales /li /ul p br /p p strong 2. Ticketing Operations Management /strong /p ul li Own and manage strong ticketing operations across all events /strong for both properties /li li Act as primary point of contact for: /li li Ticketing platforms (e.g. Ticketmaster) /li li Venue ticketing teams /li li Oversee ticketing system functionality, including: /li li Inventory builds and management /li li Pricing structures and adjustments /li li Promotional offers and access codes /li li Ensure ticketing products are correctly configured and aligned with commercial and marketing strategies /li li Manage ticket-related customer enquiries and ensure timely resolution /li li Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and on-sale delivery /li /ul p br /p p strong 3. Marketing Integration Performance Optimisation /strong /p ul li Work closely with Marketing teams to align strong campaign activity with ticketing and group sales objectives /strong /li li Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and their impact on ticket sales /li li Provide recommendations to optimise: /li li Audience targeting /li li Channel performance /li li Conversion strategies /li li Participate in regular campaign review meetings, contributing insights and identifying opportunities to improve sales performance /li /ul p br /p p strong 4. Reporting Data Analysis /strong /p ul li Produce and distribute strong weekly ticketing reports /strong covering: /li li Sales performance /li li Revenue tracking /li li Customer segmentation and demographics /li li Campaign effectiveness /li li Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends across markets and events /li li Provide data-driven insights to inform pricing, sales strategies, and marketing decisions /li li Support reporting requirements for host cities and commercial partners /li /ul p br /p p strong 5. Event Delivery /strong /p ul li Prepare detailed strong ticketing and operational briefing documentation /strong for each event /li li Ensure event delivery teams are fully informed on: /li li Ticketing structures /li li Sales performance /li li Customer segments and group bookings /li li Support the transition from sales and ticketing into live event execution /li li Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth entry, accreditation (where relevant), and customer experience /li /ul p br /p p strong 6.
