People manager UK measure and track learning and training performances.

Travel approximately 10% of the time to visit stores, offices, and group locations to understand the business landscape, build relationships, and ensure HR consistency across the multi-brand operation.

Requirements: University-level degree with record of strong academic performance.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR management and operations, with demonstrated business impact.

Robust knowledge of local employment law requirements.

Operational excellence: hands-on, pragmatic approach to getting things done; comfort with both strategic work and detailed operational delivery.

Leadership and influence: confident in guiding and coaching managers, able to maintain professional independence without being swayed by operational pressures.

Experience working in multi-unit, multi-brand, or matrix organisational environments.

Strong ability to analyse data and problem solving, eye for detail.

Excellent organisational skills, with a talent to manage tight deadlines and switching priorities.

Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Advanced user of MS Office Products (Excel + Power Point) and Google suite.

Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives.

Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions.
