We have an exciting opportunity for a Network and Operations Supervisor, to join our team.
This role provides support to the Franchise network day-to-day leadership and
management that mirrors adopted companyβs core values, short and long term
plans.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide to the Franchise network day-to-day leadership and management that
mirrors adopted companyβs core values, short and long term plans.
Sales:
β Support assigned Stores with Sales coaching & Sales prospecting throughout
the whole sales process (finding leads, first contact, follow up, getting a
meeting and closing deal)
β Define type B2B activities (existing and potential) which can benefit the centre
and add incremental sales
β Establish the business objectives of the Franchisees by reviewing 2024 target
and monitor the P&L of the Franchisees monthly, in order to increase
profitability.
β Analyse and monitor sales and market data to ensure that the centres are
appropriately addressing their efforts towards the established targets.
β Support the roll out of MBE HUB (in house core platform) and our CRM
system to equip the franchisee with the right tool to sell to Businesses
β Collaborate with Marketing Department to launch new service/products,
monitoring KPIs and revenues growth
β Coach and mentor Franchisees to grow revenue streams, secure new
contracts and customers increase salesOperations:
β Support with operational advice and practical assistance
β Carry out an annual store visit plan in order to support the network in terms of
operational and sales activities tasks with direct presence throughout the
assigned area, with appropriate follow up actions and visit reports
β Develop relationship with all departments in order to demonstrate a
coaching/motivating approach to the Franchisee
β Address operational challenges related to the services back to commercial
partners and relevant managers
β Carry out Business Quality Assessments to assigned MBE Centres. Assist
the franchisee to achieve compliance and advise where required
Skills and Experience required:
β Experience in a similar role with a clear track record of managing direct or
indirect sales networks
β BA degree in Sales, business, Marketing or a related field preferred
β People-driven attitude and team orientation with ability to nurture team spirit
β Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence
and build strong mutually beneficial relationships
β Strategic thinking and business acumen β understanding markets, trends and
competition; ability to be critically selective of what data to source and develop
β Good working knowledge use of Excel and MS Office
β Exceptional project management skills; able to work independently on multiple
assignments while maintaining high quality and timely results
β Innovation attitude: thinking outside of the box, introducing new solutions and
new processes to enable our franchisees to become more productive
β Good time management and effective communication skills
β Demonstrated ability to negotiate
β Available to travel on average 3 days a week
