We’re on the lookout for a driven, energetic, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to help grow our client base and build lasting business relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online channels
- Qualify leads and manage a pipeline of prospects using our CRM system
- Present the World Options portal and services to prospective clients through virtual demos
- Close new business and hit monthly sales targets
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date on courier industry trends
- Work closely with the Marketing, operations and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a B2B inside sales role (logistics and service industry preferred with experience of International and Domestic markets across B2B, E-Commerce, Parcel and Freight)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple leads effectively
- A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger for success
