The Franchise Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth of World Options network across the UK by identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-quality franchise partners. This role focuses on lead generation, candidate engagement, relationship building, and guiding prospects through the franchise selection process, ensuring compliance with franchising regulations and contributing to the overall expansion of the network. Reporting directly to the UK Franchise Recruitment Director, the primary duties and responsibilities of the Franchise Development Specialist are as follows: Support World Options Network Growth Strategy through lead generation, inbound and outbound calls, candidate profiling, and franchise selection.
