Wargaming is looking for a driven Corporate Development Analyst to join our global team of gaming experts and help shape the company’s strategic direction. In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to explore and assess strategic partnerships, investments, M&A, and other growth opportunities worldwide.

We’re looking for a proactive all-rounder with experience in areas such as investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, M&A, or investments. A genuine interest in gaming — and curiosity about how the industry works — will go a long way in this role. Reports to: You will report to the Corporate Development Director.

What will you do?

  • Research and analyse trends across the gaming industry and related sectors
  • Build your understanding of the gaming landscape by reviewing both live and in-development games
  • Develop and maintain relationships with studios, partners, and the wider gaming and investment community
  • Keep a close eye on market trends and competitors to spot new investment, partnership, and growth opportunities
  • Assess potential investments, M&A, and strategic partnerships using both qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Support deals end-to-end — from early ideas and sourcing through due diligence, execution, and integration
  • Create financial models, business cases, and presentations to support decision-making at senior level
  • Share clear, well-reasoned recommendations with the executive team
  • Work closely with our HQ in Cyprus and colleagues across our global offices

What are we looking for?

  • Some hands-on experience in corporate development, consulting, VC, PE, or investment banking
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset — someone who takes ownership and gets things done
  • Confidence analysing complex business problems and turning insights into action
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to present ideas clearly
  • Solid analytical and evaluation skills
  • Strong Excel, financial modelling, and PowerPoint skills
  • High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
  • A genuine interest in gaming and/or clear evidence you’ve taken the time to understand the industry
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate across different time zones

Work mode: You will have the opportunity to work remotely at one of our Wargaming locations across Europe (depending on your right to work) – UK, Germany, Cyprus or Czech Republic. This role isn't eligible for relocation or immigration support.
