We are seeking individuals who can bring their A-game and sprinkle a little magic into our vibrant and innovative environment. As part of our team, you\’ll have the opportunity to show your passion for confectionery at our Bristol (Avonmouth) store.

We sell thousands of sweets and treats and work with exclusive global brands to create exciting new products that will leave our customers on cloud nine.

We are are looking for someone to join us as a permanent, full time Retail Assistant per week) – could you be who we are looking for?

Shift Pattern/Working Hours:

• 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus alternate Sunday mornings.

So what can you expect to be doing in this retail assistant role?

• Working as part of a busy team, ensuring the best customer service is given to each customer
• Welcoming customers into the store, supporting them with their shopping experience if needed
• Providing excellent knowledge on products sold
• Helping customers with their checkout experience
• Involvement in regular stock replenishment.
• Making sure the store looks inviting and tidy at all times
• Answering customer phone calls in a professional manner
• Supporting your colleagues where necessary

What experience are we looking for? We would ideally like you to have some experience in:

• A retail or wholesale environment
• Cash handling / till / checkout experience
• Having good organisational skills and a grasp of basic numeracy

For this role we would also need you to have:

• The ability to communicate well at all levels.
• The drive and determination to succeed in a fast paced environment.
• A friendly and approachable person who can build relationships with both customers and staff.

In return for your hard work we are able to pay an hourly salary of between £12.21-£12.61.
