The Role
As a Supply & Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in advancing our data maturity and supporting the next phase of our growth. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on reporting and analytics for Global Supply and Operations, helping drive operational efficiency and profitable growth. You’ll own end-to-end analytics initiatives – from defining metrics and building datasets to delivering insights that influence strategic decisions at all levels of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own reporting and analytics for key operational and supply-chain areas
- Deliver analysis that sizes opportunities, challenges assumptions, and drives strategic decisions
- Lead initiatives end-to-end: data modelling, validation, analysis, reporting and impact measurement
- Apply robust statistical and analytical methods to complex business problems
- Build dashboards and reporting that stakeholders genuinely use
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations with commercial impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply, Operations, Product, Tech and senior leaders
- Automate recurring analysis to focus on high-value insights
- Contribute to improving analytics standards, documentation and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in an analytics role (eCommerce or marketplace experience preferred)
- Strong SQL skills (Google Cloud environment)
- Experience working with large datasets
- BI & visualisation experience (Tableau, Power BI or Looker)
- Some experience with Python or R (Vertex AI exposure is a plus)
- Proven ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Root-cause and deep-dive analysis
- Funnel analysis and drop-off investigation
- Experiment design (A/B, multivariate, incrementality testing)
Nice to have:
- Predictive analytics (regression, classification, time-series forecasting)
