The Role
As a Senior Analyst – Trading, you’ll play a critical role in advancing our analytics capabilities and driving profitable growth across our global Trade and Pricing functions. You’ll own end-to-end analytics initiatives—transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions at the highest level.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead reporting and analytics for key trading areas (UK focus, global impact)
- Translate business questions into simple, high-impact analysis (80/20 mindset)
- Build datasets, develop dashboards, and deliver actionable recommendations
- Deep-dive into performance drivers, validating metrics with Finance
- Partner cross-functionally with Pricing, Product, Tech, and Data teams
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and senior stakeholders
- Drive best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across analytics
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in analytics (ideally in eCommerce/marketplaces, Trade & Pricing)
- Strong SQL (essential) + experience with large datasets
- BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Python or R (preferred)
- Experience with experimentation, forecasting, and customer analytics
- Confident communicator who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
