The Role

As a Senior Analyst – Trading, you’ll play a critical role in advancing our analytics capabilities and driving profitable growth across our global Trade and Pricing functions. You’ll own end-to-end analytics initiatives—transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions at the highest level.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead reporting and analytics for key trading areas (UK focus, global impact)
  • Translate business questions into simple, high-impact analysis (80/20 mindset)
  • Build datasets, develop dashboards, and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Deep-dive into performance drivers, validating metrics with Finance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Pricing, Product, Tech, and Data teams
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and senior stakeholders
  • Drive best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across analytics

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years in analytics (ideally in eCommerce/marketplaces, Trade & Pricing)
  • Strong SQL (essential) + experience with large datasets
  • BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
  • Python or R (preferred)
  • Experience with experimentation, forecasting, and customer analytics
  • Confident communicator who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
