We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to elevate our marketing analytics capability and help drive the next phase of growth. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll partner with marketing, product, and tech teams to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape commercial decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead marketing analytics and reporting across key business areas
- Translate business questions into clear, insight-driven analysis (80/20 mindset)
- Deliver deep-dive investigations into performance drivers and opportunities
- Build datasets, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B, incrementality testing)
- Develop customer insights (segmentation, LTV, cohort analysis)
- Apply predictive analytics to forecast growth, churn, and demand
- Influence stakeholders with clear, commercially focused recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Tech, and Finance
- Continuously improve data quality, documentation, and analytics standards

- Deliver analytics that directly drives measurable business value

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Marketing / Customer Analytics (ideally eCommerce or marketplace)
- Advanced SQL skills (Google Cloud environment preferred)
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Experience with Python or R (predictive modelling a plus)
- Funnel & behavioural analysis
- Experimentation & testing methodologies
- Strong communicator—able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
