Now we’re looking for a UK Trading Manager to take ownership of the commercial levers that power our growth. If you love data, thrive in fast-moving e-commerce environments, and enjoy turning insight into action — this is your role.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll lead trading performance across our UK business — partnering with pricing, marketing, supply, product, finance and operations to optimise the metrics that drive revenue, profit and customer experience. You’ll act as the commercial heartbeat of the business: spotting issues early, identifying opportunities, and ensuring teams move quickly to deliver impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead weekly trading reviews with senior stakeholders and the executive team
- Monitor and improve key commercial and customer KPIs including:
- Inventory availability & sell-through
- Conversion & AOV
- LTV:CAC & NPS
What success looks like
Within your first year, you’ll have:
- Built clear ownership and accountability for performance metrics
- Reduced issue resolution time across trading inputs

What we’re looking for
- Strong commercial and trading acumen in e‑commerce or online retail
- Highly data‑driven with excellent analytical skills
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders cross‑functionally
- Experience with pricing, promotions, and selling physical products online
- Background in e‑commerce, commercial strategy or FP&A
- Familiarity with Shopify, Algolia, Bloomreach, GA or similar tools
