Overview
In this role, you will manage indirect procurement and contract lifecycles across subscriptions, driving timely renewals, compliant sourcing, and cost optimization. You will lead data-driven sourcing, negotiate terms with suppliers, and align with category managers to support strategic decisions. You’ll build cross-functional partnerships, implement KPI-driven performance improvements, and contribute to a high-performance, growth-oriented culture. Responsibilities
- Manage contract lifecycles in Subscriptions (renewals, amendments, license allocations, terminations)
- Lead sourcing processes using RFI/RFQ/RFP methodologies
- Develop data-driven sourcing and negotiation strategies; evaluate supplier risks
- Collaborate with Category Managers and Procurement Leaders to align priorities
- Negotiate terms with suppliers and internal stakeholders; establish KPIs
- Conduct market intelligence and ongoing supplier benchmarking
- Manage supplier relationships to support business goals and performance
- Develop cost models and perform spend analysis; present insights for cost optimization
- Support P2P processes using Oracle Fusion; resolve invoice issues
- Assist in policy updates; maintain procurement trackers and databases
- Support SOX controls information with internal/external auditors
- Lead process improvements through automation and new technologies
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Indirect Procurement; managing contract renewals and leading sourcing activities
- Proven ability to implement multi-site procurement programs with cost savings
- Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Proven experience in commercial and contract negotiation
- International experience preferred
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP is desirable
- Strong ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Independent work style with strong prioritization and planning skills
