About the Role This front-end focused role will place you at the forefront of our website projects, where you’ll be developing using Nuxt3/Vue, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript . You’ll be responsible for building interactive widgets, implementing innovative features, and optimising the user experience to drive engagement and functionality. As part of our remote/hybrid office, you’ll attend occasional in-person team meetings in our Cotswolds office for collaborative project alignment Key Responsibilities Support our team with the development of user-facing features with a responsive, interactive, and optimised UI using Nuxt3/Vue and Tailwind CSS. Create custom widgets and dynamic features that enhance the functionality and user experience of our websites to high standards in code quality, design, and performance. Advocate and implement testing practices, ensuring that all interfaces are tested to deliver an optimal user experience. Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high quality front-end solutions aligned with business objectives. Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to ensure consistency, quality, and maintainability. Utilise Cloudflare Workers and snippets to enhance website performance and ensure efficient content delivery. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate Google Firebase services for seamless front-end and back-end interactions. What You’ll Bring A minimum of 5+ years of experience in front-end development or full-stack development, with a strong focus on front-end technologies. Proficiency in Nuxt3/Vue, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript , and building modular, reusable front-end components. Strong expertise with front-end testing methodologies and tools such as Cypress, Jest . Experience with GitLab for version control and CI/CD workflows. Hands-on experience with Google Firebase integrations (authentication, database). Familiarity with Cloudflare or similar CDNs for performance optimization . Strong expertise in front-end languages HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, with an ability to foster a positive and productive team culture. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a commitment to continuous learning. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
