Location: The position is based at our Canary Wharf office, One Canada Square. The role has a geographical remit covering Europe – occasional travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a full support service to the European supply team.
  • Providing support to the bulk sales team.
  • Liaising with sales & support teams regarding tender management.
  • Inputting costs and fees into Tender management system.
  • Supporting invoice and general queries.
  • Using TMS (Tender Management System) and CXL (Oracle Commodity) systems to achieve accurate and efficient reporting and analysis.
  • Managing Tender Contract Management and coordinating with all relevant departments.
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Assisting with niche sales opportunities for various product grades and contract requirements.
  • Managing system quote levels and ensuring alignment with market conditions.
  • Providing support to Commercial back-to-back Supply & Sales tender process.
  • Assisting with the vetting & set‑up of new business partners.
