As an Energy Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams with energy data management, regulatory compliance, and project coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a global energy solutions company that values innovation, collaboration, and customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional service via phone and email.
- Maintain and analyse energy data, producing reports and spreadsheets to support legislative compliance and energy-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Partner with internal energy consultants to prepare for client meetings, ensuring all relevant documentation is in place.
- Draft and manage client agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process legislative refunds and manage site changes, including additions, removals, and tenancy updates.
- Support metering and siteworks projects, guiding clients through each step.
- Keep CRM systems up to date with meter data, contracts and agreements.
- Participate in ongoing training, monthly one-on-ones, and performance reviews to support your growth.
- Contribute to process improvements and share ideas that enhance service delivery.
- Uphold World Kinect’s values by treating customers with fairness, transparency, and respect.
