Location: Stansted Airport Office (UK), Must live within 45 minutes of Stansted Airport or be willing to relocate. Must have a UK drivers license and reliable transportation.

The Role: World Fuel is seeking Trip Support Operations Coordinators to join our growing Flight Operations team. In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic, shift-based team supporting private and charter operators in the corporate aviation market. You’ll be the key point of contact for aircrew and service providers—handling agents, civil aviation authorities, and permit issuers—ensuring every trip runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate all aspects of international travel and logistics for clients, including arranging ground services, fuel, hotels, and catering.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and partners via phone and email.
  • Monitor time-sensitive requirements and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Learn and apply international regulations and documentation processes (training provided).
  • Use proactive problem-solving and creative thinking to resolve issues and safeguard client interests.
  • Work collaboratively with a global team to deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 0 – 2 years preferred in the aviation industry (Flight Operations, Flight Planning, or familiarity with NOP Portal and European airway slot management).
  • Customer Service: Exhibits strong customer service knowledge and understanding of skills required.
  • Work Quality: High degree of attention to detail is a requirement of the position.
  • Strong keyboard and IT skills —comfortable using multiple systems and handling data accurately.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment, adapting to changing priorities and solving problems proactively.

Additional Details:

  • Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off, 12-hour shifts (including nights and public holidays).
  • Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
