This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in **HR advisory services**, **employee relations (ER)**, and **project coordination**. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring HR projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead and support HR projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.* Provide expert guidance on **employee relations cases**, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.* Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, capturing key actions and decisions.* Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and reports for HR and business leaders.* Monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures.* Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and maintain accurate documentation.* Identify and mitigate project risks, offering practical solutions.* Support change management initiatives and HR strategy execution.* Maintain a project calendar to track milestones and deliverables.* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement.**What You’ll Bring*** Proven experience as an **HR Advisor or Senior HR Generalist**, with a strong track record in **employee relations**.* Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.* Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.* Strong organizational and time management abilities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.Please note that by submitting an employment application you consent to World Fuel Services processing your information for this role and potentially for future employment opportunities, in accordance with applicable laws.
