Responsibilities

  • Coordinate flight planning, slot management, and trip support services for key customers.
  • Act as the primary onsite liaison between customers, FBOs, and airport service providers.
  • Oversee delivery of services for inbound flights arranged by global teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring high service standards.
  • Meet and support customers onsite, providing a high-touch, service-driven experience.
  • Identify and introduce opportunities to expand services and support commercial growth.
  • Support fuel order coordination and ensure efficient execution of transactions.
  • Represent sales teams onsite, assisting with client engagement and relationship management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience within an aviation operations or airport-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of business aviation operations and trip support services.
  • Strong understanding of commercial, cargo and military operations and trip support services.
  • Exposure to requirements across multiple aircraft types (business, commercial, cargo, and military aviation preferred).
  • Experience supporting international flight operations across multiple regions.
  • Proven ability to manage customer and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business awareness with a demonstrated ability to support revenue-generating activities.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to operational schedules.
  • Extensive knowledge of greater local region and surrounding airports.
