Facilities & Administration Coordinator
Location: Luton Airport, UK
Hours: Part-Time (25 hours per week)
About The Role:
With facilities maintenance now managed in-house, this role has been created to provide dedicated administrative and coordination support across our UK locations. You will play a key role in managing facilities-related activity and supporting local managers with essential administrative tasks, helping reduce operational burden and allowing teams to focus on compliance, audits, and core business priorities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role with meaningful responsibility and impact within a fast-paced operational environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and track facilities maintenance requests across UK sites
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to schedule and monitor maintenance work
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, service schedules, and supplier activity
- Support site managers with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Prepare reports and presentation materials related to facilities and operations
- Track and update maintenance logs, asset records, and compliance documentation
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating communications
- Respond to correspondence and route enquiries appropriately
- Support site readiness for audits by ensuring records and documentation are up to date
- Provide general administrative support to operational teams as needed
