About the Role
The Supply Analyst, Aviation Fuel supports the endâtoâend management of bulk aviation fuel supply, including inventory, logistics, scheduling, and market analysis. The role is focused on delivering reliable, costâeffective fuel supply to World Fuel customers while continuously optimizing supply chain efficiency and profitability. Although responsible for a defined region, the role operates as part of a collaborative EMEA supply team, providing crossâregional support as needed. The position also has responsibility for the dayâtoâday hedging of physical fuel positions.
What Youâll Do
- Inventory & Logistics Management
- Actively manage fuel inventories to maintain optimal stock balances
- Schedule fuel deliveries into storage locations and coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and IntoâPlane agents
- Monitor and manage pipeline and truck deliveries across multiple locations
- Develop optimal supply blends using existing and new supply options
- Supply Operations & Transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of bulk fuel transactions, including receivables and payments
- Create weekly haulage nominations within internal systems for selfâsupply and general aviation locations
- Liaise daily with haulage companies and operational sites to resolve delivery issues
- Supply Analytics & Optimisation
- Analyse supply and demand trends to identify cost savings and valueâcreation opportunities
- Build understanding of supply options, logistics costs, and pricing structures
- Support continuous improvement through supplier performance analysis and KPI tracking
- Develop quarterly performance metrics for haulage contracts and supply partners
- Collaboration & Communication
- Share best practices and improvement opportunities across the EMEA supply team
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
