As a Fuel Logistics Specialist, you will sit at the core of World Fuel’s global aviation operation. The Global Fuel Logistics team is one of our strongest competitive advantages—combining customer service, sales support, and operational coordination for our worldwide customer base. What You Will Do

  • Providing exceptional customer service to aviation clients around the world.
  • Handling high volumes of phone calls and emails daily.
  • Monitoring global fuel availability and reacting quickly to shortages or supply changes.
  • Coordinating closely with Sales, Credit, Collections, Supply, Billing, and other internal teams.
  • Building relationships with prospective customers (with support from senior team members).
  • Managing a small portfolio of customer accounts to grow volume and profitability.
