Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Government Solutions (EMEA) to lead the Europe sales team in driving growth and expanding our footprint within the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to government entities, a deep understanding of government procurement processes, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals within the government sector.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions to meet those needs.
