About the Role
As an Aviation Customer Service Specialist, you will support aviation clients worldwide in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You will handle incoming requests via phone and email, resolve real‑time issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound phone calls and emails from global aviation customers.
- Provide real‑time support and resolve urgent requests with accuracy and professionalism.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
- Monitor fuel availability and communicate updates or disruptions.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support customer accounts and identify opportunities to enhance service.
- Adapt communication style to a diverse, global customer base.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in high‑volume customer service, call center, hospitality, airline, or similar environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable being on the phone for a significant portion of the day.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to build rapport quickly.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid passport.
- Preferred: aviation, travel, or logistics exposure; additional languages; familiarity with systems like Oracle; strong understanding of world geography.
- Education: high school diploma or GED required.
