As an Aviation Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the center of World Fuel’s global customer operations, supporting aviation clients around the world in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a highly customer-facing role where you will manage incoming requests via phone and email, resolve real-time issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. What You Will Do
- Handle high volumes of inbound phone calls and emails from global aviation customers
- Provide real-time support and resolve urgent requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Monitor fuel availability and communicate updates or disruptions
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Support customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve service

What You Bring
Required
- 1 to 2 years of experience in high-volume customer service, call center, hospitality, airline, or similar environments
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
- Comfortable being on the phone for a significant portion of the day
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to build rapport quickly
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid passport
Preferred
- Aviation, travel, or logistics exposure
- Additional languages
- Familiarity with systems like Oracle
- Strong understanding of world geography
Education
High school diploma or GED required
