Principal Responsibilities:
- Flight Planning Coordination: Manage slot and flight planning services for our top-tier customers.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) and ensure harmonious interactions among all stakeholders.
- Customer Service Supervision: Oversee services for inbound customers arranged by various company offices.
- Cross-Selling: Meet customers on arrival and introduce them to other World Kinect offerings.
- Fuel Sales Coordination: Ensure fuel sales orders are processed efficiently, prioritizing World Fuel Services orders.
- Annual Trip Reports: Complete and present annual trip reports to airports in the region.
- Sales Support: Act as a spokesperson for sales executives, meeting and hosting customers at vendor facilities.
- Business Development: Identify and capture new business opportunities in coordination with sales teams.
Requirements:
- Aviation Operations Experience: Proven experience working in an aviation operations environment, preferably at an airport.
- Aircraft Knowledge: Familiarity with the requirements of various aircraft types, both business and commercial aviation.
- Flight Operations Expertise: Experience in managing flight operations within the regions of responsibility.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong background in customer relationship management.
- Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of positive sales results across multiple products and services.
