  • Proactively source and convert new SME and cross‑border trading clients through cold calling and multi‑channel outbound prospecting.
  • Build and manage a strong end‑to‑end sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification through to closing new business.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and position WorldFirst’s global payments and FX solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding while driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for account growth.

  • Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting.
