Hours / shift pattern - 38.5 Hours Per Week, 4 nights on, 4 nights off, between the hours of 1800-0600

Salary - Competitive Annual Salary plus 12% management bonus & night premium

We are looking for a motivated and supportive Warehouse Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in guiding and motivating a team to deliver excellent operational performance while maintaining high standards of safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading and motivating a warehouse team during your shift
  • Supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring targets are met
  • Coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential
  • Maintaining high standards of safety and operational procedures
  • Working closely with managers and other departments to keep operations running smoothly

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience
