The Senior Import Agent supports all aspects of daily import operations for Cencora's global logistics services.
Responsibilities
- Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) covering reception and shipment of materials.
- Compare received materials with documentation to certify concordance or identify discrepancies.
- Prepare box contents according to WC Packing List.
- Perform activities on the Operative System CTM-STAR related to Inbound, Outbound, Return and Relocation processes.
- Carry out relabeling, stock, balance and relocations processes at the Facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, ideally in a similar role within air/road freight.
- Experience with TMS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills and ability to take initiative.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import licensing.
- Flexible and adaptable with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and customer service.
Working Hours
8.5 hours per day on a 40‐hour working week, Monday to Sunday, 6am–midnight with flexibility discussed during interview.
