We are recruiting for a Porter Night Shift to join the Outbound team at our Coatbridge Service Centre. This role is responsible for the accurate checking, sorting and loading of orders and tote boxes, while maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety. You will play a key role in ensuring timely dispatch of goods in line with operational and compliance standards.
Responsibilities- Accurately check orders and totes against drop sheets, ensuring correct routes are followed
- Record and report any missing orders or totes to the Line Manager
- Allocate orders and totes to the correct pallet or route cage
- Prioritise work based on route departure times
- Load vehicles safely and securely following instructions
- Complete all relevant drop sheets and loading checklists
- Ensure vehicles are secured once loading is complete
- Store pallets, cages, bins, boxes and bags safely and correctly
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in work areas
- Follow all Health and Safety regulations
- Support wider warehouse operations as required by management.

Manual handling tasks such as lifting and bending are essential requirements of this role. Candidates must be able to safely perform these duties as part of their day to day responsibilities.
