Job Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and organised Domestic Desk Team - Packaging & Warehouse professional to support the efficient day-to-day operation of our packaging and warehouse function.
Job Scope
This role plays a key part in ensuring temperature-controlled packaging solutions are prepared to customer requirements, supporting warehouse activities, maintaining accurate logistics records, and contributing to the smooth delivery of domestic healthcare logistics services. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and be committed to quality, compliance, and customer service excellence.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare and assemble temperature-controlled packaging solutions in line with customer specifications and operational requirements.
- Maintain packaging and warehouse areas in a clean, organised, compliant, and audit-ready condition.
- Support goods receipt, storage, processing, loading, and unloading activities.
- Accurately update transportation and warehouse management systems for shipment and inventory activities.
- Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and associated logistics documentation.
- Monitor shipment progress, inventory movement, and operational reports, escalating issues where required.
- Ensure packaging materials and specialist shipping containers are available to meet operational demand.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support operational efficiency, compliance, and customer service objectives.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Minimum 2 years' experience within warehouse, logistics, distribution, inventory control, or material handling environments.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, shipment processing, stock control, and inventory movement.
- Experience using warehouse or transportation management systems.
- Knowledge of logistics documentation, transaction processing, and operational record management.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow procedures, work instructions, and compliance requirements consistently.

- Experience within a pharmaceutical or temperature-controlled logistics environment.
- Previous packaging and warehouse experience within a regulated industry.
