About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Events Producer to join our dynamic global team. This role is central to the delivery of our high-quality virtual events and also supports our in-person events, such as our global Summits and regional roadshows. It\’s an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on both precision and people-facing interaction, and who is excited to contribute to thought leadership and community engagement on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of virtual events: Setup, production, hosting, and follow-up for webinars and virtual programs using platforms like Zoom, Teams, Wistia, and more.
- Speaker coordination: Schedule prep calls, manage event logistics, run-of-show documents, and support speakers with content delivery.
- Live event production: Act as producer and host for virtual sessions, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for global audiences.
- Content fluency: Collaborate with internal teams to align topics with WorldCC priorities; develop a strong understanding of our content (training will be provided).
- External communications: Represent WorldCC in meetings with speakers, members, and sponsors; maintain clear, confident, and warm communications.
- In-person support: Assist with production and logistics for global in-person events, including potential travel for Summits and roadshows.
- Market research: Proactively identify timely and relevant topics, trends, and speakers through independent research and collaboration.
- Marketing collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional content and ensure alignment across channels.
- Flexible scheduling: Be prepared for early mornings, late evenings, or weekend support as required by event timing.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of event production experience (virtual experience required; in-person a plus)
- High level of proficiency with digital platforms (Zoom, Teams, webinar tools, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in professional and client-facing contexts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while working in a remote, global team
- Willingness to learn and engage with contracting and commercial management content (training provided)
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling and occasional travel
