The WANO London Office is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is passionate about people and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional, international organisation.
As HR Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR team, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR processes. You will contribute to recruitment and onboarding activities, support staff wellbeing initiatives, and assist with learning and development coordination - playing an important role in delivering a responsive and high-quality HR service across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including interview coordination, documentation, and right to work checks
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, responding to routine requests and escalating where appropriate
- Assist with employee wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities, and relocation support administration
- Support the coordination of learning and development activities, including internal events and training sessions
- Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and reports in line with GDPR and organisational requirements
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to learn, with a strong focus on accuracy and delivering excellent customer service. You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and supporting colleagues across a diverse and international organisation.
