Senior Fundraiser - Innovation

Join World Animal Protection as our Senior Innovation Fundraiser and play a pivotal role in developing new ways to acquire and engage supporters. You'll work closely with our Cash and Regular Giving teams to deliver compelling digital campaigns, explore emerging platforms, and help shape the future of individual giving. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on generating and testing new ideas, using data insights to optimise performance, and driving innovation across digital fundraising products and donor propositions.

In this role, you'll lead on new product development and test innovative fundraising opportunities, while supporting existing digital donor acquisition and fostering collaboration across teams. You'll also ensure knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement through the development and management of our insights hub and proposition bank. Who are we? World Animal Protection is the global voice for animal welfare, with 75 years’ experience campaigning for a world where animals live free from cruelty and suffering. We have offices in 14 countries and work across 47 countries. We collaborate with local communities, the private sector, civil society and governments to change animals’ lives for the better. Our goal is to change the way the world works to end animal cruelty and suffering for both wild and farmed animals.
