Role: Head of Individual Giving - Maternity Cover
Type of contract: Fixed-Term Contract β up to 12 months
Location: United Kingdom
Salary: The starting salary is Β£50,498 per annum, with the possibility of up to Β£54,826 based on an assessment of skills and experience at the interview stage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UK Individual Giving team during a key period for fundraising growth and innovation, overseeing the delivery of the individual giving portfolio.
- Maximise income, strengthen supporter engagement, and provide an outstanding donor experience.
- Report to the Fundraising Director and manage a team responsible for Regular Giving and Cash Giving, including new product development and donor retention journeys.
- Develop and deliver integrated fundraising strategies across digital, Direct Mail, and DRTV channels, supported by a data-led and supporter-first approach.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation and external partners to shape and sustain fundraising success while championing organisational values.
