Role: Head of Individual Giving – Maternity Cover

Salary: The starting salary is £50,498 per annum, with the possibility of up to £54,826 based on an assessment of skills and experience at the interview stage

Responsibilities

  • Lead the UK Individual Giving team during a key period for fundraising growth and innovation, overseeing the delivery of the individual giving portfolio
  • Maximise income, strengthen supporter engagement, and provide an outstanding donor experience
  • Report to the Fundraising Director and manage a team responsible for Regular Giving and Cash Giving, including new product development and donor retention journeys
  • Develop and deliver integrated fundraising strategies across digital, Direct Mail, and DRTV channels, supported by a data-led and supporter-first approach
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation and external partners to shape and sustain fundraising success while championing organisational values
