Job Description

New Job Opportunity – Crop Manager

Lincolnshire based with travel across the UK

Β£35,000 – Β£50,000 basic salary + Company Car or Car Allowance + Bonus

The Job Role

As Crop Manager, you will use technical knowledge about the crop and market together with a working knowledge of company products, maintain and develop relationships with partners. Maintain and develop higher value key account relationships, working closely with regional sales staff and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for new product development from breeding to commercial introduction.

Responsible for understanding customer needs to drive sales.

Implement strategic plans for the crop(s) and support the Head of Department to meet financial targets.

Using product and market knowledge, prognose and manage stock to fulfil maximum sales potential.

Develop and deliver a marketing plan and actions for their crop(s) liaising with marketing.

Represent the company as the industry recognised specialist in their crop(s).

Support Sales Specialists with product information, knowledge and customer relationship management.

Manage and motivate Sales Coordinator(s) if appropriate to ensure they are competent, trained to meet requirements for the business and able to achieve their maximum potential.
