Role: Senior Associate, Member Services

Reports To: Raj Kular

Location: London

Base Compensation Range: £30,000 - £35,000 plus £16,500 on target commission.

Workplace Type: Hybrid schedule, minimum 3x/week in the local office. Employees may use office space more when possible.

The Role: Joining as a Senior Associate on our Member Services team, you will play an integral role in growing our membership community while building out a commercial skill set. In this position, you will have direct, high‑level exposure to C‑Suite executives and senior leaders from the world’s biggest and most valuable global brands. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end service delivery, building trusted member partnerships, and executing critical renewal and upgrade sales interactions within your account base. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior corporate executives in household brands by running sophisticated product demonstrations, running training webinars, and strategically inviting members to exclusive events.
  • Drive overall account growth by effectively retaining, managing, and developing long‑term, trusted member partnerships.
  • Manage the complete member journey, providing world‑class support during onboarding, throughout the subscription lifecycle, and during renewal or off‑boarding phases.
  • Execute comprehensive renewal plans for each assigned member and directly partner with and support Account Managers/Directors to maximize regional value renewal rates.
  • Strategically coordinate with internal teams to deliver value‑add services for business members, including diagnostic result deliveries.
  • Proactively recruit member executives for live and virtual events featured throughout the extensive annual member calendar.
  • Build, maintain, and execute an outcomes‑based business plan tailored to achieving quarterly and annual revenue and team renewal targets.
  • Actively innovate to identify and unlock new ways to grow Procurement Leaders' presence and value creation within existing accounts.
  • Continually review and improve existing member workflows to build a best‑in‑class customer experience.
  • Manage diverse member requests promptly, handling queries regarding thought‑leadership content, networking introductions, platform logins, and general account administration.
  • Organize meetings, calendar schedules, and coordinate both local and international travel arrangements for members and team executives at live events.

Key Requirements

  • 1‑3 years of Account Management/Customer Success experience in a fast‑paced B2B environment.
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders and C‑Suite executives.
  • Commercially driven with a strong interest in revenue growth and long‑term career progression.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage account risk and drive long‑term client value.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, and interest in market trends and procurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical and data‑driven, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
