Work Well is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales across our Harrogate location, Copthall Bridge, before also taking responsibility for our future Leeds city-centre workspace.

This is a full-cycle sales role with ownership of the territory from generating and qualifying opportunities through to viewings, proposals, negotiation, conversion and renewal.

You’ll sell a range of flexible workspace solutions, including serviced offices, coworking memberships, meeting rooms and virtual offices.

We’re looking for someone who is confident building relationships, comfortable developing new business and motivated by taking genuine ownership of their results.

The role

You will

  • Own and manage the sales pipeline across your territory.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries.
  • Generate new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking and local partnerships.
  • Conduct consultations, tours and viewings.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and progress opportunities through to contract.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, members and local businesses.
  • Manage renewals and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director, marketing and operations teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Represent Work Well at networking events and within the local business community.

About you

You will ideally have

  • Previous experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle.
  • A proactive approach to generating new opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Confidence conducting meetings, presentations and negotiations.
  • A commercial mindset and the resilience to manage objections and setbacks.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Experience using a CRM system, ideally Hub Spot.
  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between locations.

Experience within flexible workspace, commercial property, hospitality or a service-led business would be beneficial, but it isn’t essential.
