As a Business Development Consultant with recruitment or EOR experience, you’ll be a key player in our growth journey. You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities into signed clients, supporting them through their onboarding journey, and helping us expand our global footprint. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, people-centric company with ambitious plans and a proven track record.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Identifying and researching new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and strategic research
• Using LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach to qualify leads and book discovery calls
• Conducting structured discovery calls to uncover client pain points, business needs, and expansion goals
• Supporting new clients with onboarding their first worker, including training and upskilling recruitment consultants
• Managing your personal sales pipeline to ensure high conversion rates from lead to signed client
• Accurately documenting all sales activities, interactions, and deal stages in the CRM
• Driving activity to meet monthly targets for discovery calls, signed MSAs, and first onboarded workers

• Has experience in the recruitment sector or with Employer of Record (EOR) services.
• Has strong communication skills across phone and email
• Enjoys solving problems creatively and proactively
• Is motivated to grow and progress within a sales career
• Has experience in a sales or B2B role
• Is organised, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is passionate about building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
This role would suit someone with previous Recruitment Industry or EOR experience.
