About the Role
As a Solutions Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for new contractor referrals from recruitment agencies, and you will be trained to understand and communicate our product and service as a solution. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding compliance while working closely with the sales division to ensure a smooth process for both agencies and contractors.
Objectives of this Role
- The main objective of a Solutions Expert is to speak to new worker referrals and convert them into active workers with Workwell Global.
Responsibilities
- Carry out initial consultations with new contractor referrals
- Send introduction packs and follow up information
- Manage and follow up with contractor queries
- Closing prospects and delivering high conversions of the referrals into the business to live workers
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure clients are up to date and communicated to clearly and in a timely manner
- Manage contractor onboarding – ensuring workers have shared all documents and onboarding information required
- Ensure you have a detailed knowledge of solutions offered by Workwell Global so you can educate new workers
- Be aware of the core values and apply them to your work process
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach
- Strong desire and ability to progress and communicate at a high level
- Any experience within a sales role or B2C position is desirable
