Payment Coordinator – Workwell Outsourcing
Location: Chester, United Kingdom | Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: £25,275 per year | Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:30 (Mon–Fri) | Office based
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide a support service to ensure all subcontractors and employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Process subcontractor and employee timesheets and invoicing of all clients in line with agency agreements.
- Process all payments accurately and timely, adhering to agreed payment days and methods.
- Provide agencies with up-to-date, accurate information as required.
- Manage reconciliation procedures to maintain accurate records for all clients.
- Handle payroll, administration, and tax queries from clients (payroll, tax, FPS submissions, RTI compliance).
- Follow debt recovery procedures and liaise with relevant parties to recover outstanding debt.
- Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.
