As the Senior D365 Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis and design of business processes and systems that support our strategic objectives. This role will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across the business.
- Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed changes.
- Support system configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to support change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with governance, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for business analysis best practices.
We’d Love To Hear From Someone That
- Has proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a senior or lead role.
- Has proven experience in Dynamics 365 led environments and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Modules include Customer Insights, Sales Hub and Customer Service.
- Has proven experience with custom integrations into D365.
- Integrations include web portals, finance systems, compliance and identity verification platforms.
- Has relevant experience/exposure to working in a payroll and EOR environment.
- Any experience operating in an M&A type environment where consolidation and alignment of people and processes happen.
- Possesses strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Is skilled in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Has excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Is proficient in tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Miro a plus.
- Understands system integration and data flows.
- Has strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Can manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., BCS Business Analysis, IIBA certification) or equivalent experience.
