What You’ll Be Doing
- Collate and review corporate documentation for all entities from existing records.
- Assist with the implementation of a global entity management platform.
- Prepare and file paperwork to rename various entities.
- Execute powers of attorney for signature for Netherlands, Germany, and other entities.
- Support vetting of our supplier preferred supplier list (PSL) and review current service agreements.
- Prepare for the implementation of the European Pay Transparency Directive.
- Investigate and build GDPR processes for non-UK entities and ensure EU-US Data Privacy Framework compliance.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and entity management processes.
- Experience with international compliance requirements and legal documentation.
- Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy frameworks.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
