As the Client Accountant you will manage a portfolio of 180‑200 clients, providing expert financial guidance and ensuring high‑quality service delivery. You will assist clients with our online bookkeeping portal, offer tax planning advice, and review financial accounts before submission.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 180-200 clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients via calls and emails.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist and train clients on using our bookkeeping portal.
- Offer tax planning and ad‑hoc advice as needed.
- Review and approve accounts before sending them to clients.
- Prepare self‑assessment tax returns for client approval.
