As a key member of a well-organised and highly motivated Payments team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments. You will provide support for individual clients as assigned by the Payments Manager and cultivate effective business relationships while consistently delivering great customer service.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Process employee and subcontractor payments accurately and timely.
  • Process statutory payments and manage pension auto-enrolment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate calculations of payments to statutory bodies and third-party providers.
  • Feel confident and proficient in discussing payroll, administration, or tax issues with employees or subcontractors.
  • Assist with the submissions of FPS to comply with RTI regulations.
  • Support processing of employee and subcontractor timesheets, invoicing clients in line with agency agreements.
  • Provide agencies with up-to-date, accurate and relevant information as required.
  • Keep the business up-to-date with any relevant information or issues pertaining to agency invoices, receipts, employee and subcontractor payments.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

  • Is able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Has strong attention to detail when entering data, producing reports and making calculations.
  • Has excellent numerical skills.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Is a team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
