Overview
Join to apply for the Business Development Manager role at Workwell Outsourcing. As a Sales Manager at Workwell, you will be responsible for selling our outsourced back-office solutions, including SaaS platforms and funding products, to recruitment businesses and supplier organisations. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth through consultative sales, managing relationships, and representing our comprehensive product suite. This position reports to the Sales Director and will be measured by financial, quota, and activity targets.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and marketing leads.
- Developing deep knowledge of our products: Workwell Complete Back Office, Complete Funding, Evertime SaaS, and Evertime Pay & Bill.
- Delivering engaging and persuasive product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
- Understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions that align with their operational challenges.
- Managing leads through the sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
- Negotiating pricing and contract terms, addressing objections, and closing deals confidently.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintaining accurate records of activities and outcomes in our CRM and providing sales reports to management.
- Staying informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Qualifications
- Has extensive experience in the recruitment sector (Umbrella, Funding, Back Office, Tech).
- Has a proven track record in sales with the ability to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Builds and maintains strong interpersonal relationships with clients.
- Is confident using CRM tools and other sales technologies.
- Is self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of working independently.
- Has an understanding of back-office operations and cloud-based software (advantageous but not essential).
