Join to apply for the Customer Service Advisor (Part Time) role at Workwell Global. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our contractors, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats. Your goal is to provide exceptional service while resolving queries efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handle inbound customer queries across multiple campaigns via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Make outbound calls to support customers with their inquiries.
  • Aim for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned by your manager.
  • Work towards set KPIs to ensure excellent service delivery.
